american idol details top 4

Tick, tock, tick. It’s the big countdown. With just four singers left in the competition, it’s anyone’s race, but we’re willing to bet the farm that Mindy Doolittle is in the top two. And if she wins the entire thing, let's hope she changes her name.

Tuesday's performance featured Barry Gibb songs so the crew did what they could considering the theme. We’re not sure what to think of last guy standing- Blake Lewis. He’s certainly cornered the
market on “different,” but enough is enough with the beatboxing. Sadly, we think LaKisha didn’t win any fans with her slow "Stayin’ Alive." But cheer up, KiKi…

For every fallen Idol (ahem, Jessica Sierra), there’s another success story. This time, it’s first season finalist Tamyra Gray, who landed a primo role in the Broadway musical Rent. Although not all Idol
contestants go on to bigger gigs, it should give this year’s crop hope that there’s life beyond the world’s biggest talent show.

Who do you think is going home?
